This company installed a garage door. We had a basement unit added to the garage, and when the city building inspector came out to ""final"" our project, he pointed out that the garage door has no vents, which are required in San Francisco. I immediately texted ""Joe,"" whom we had dealt with on the garage installation, and he didn't respond. I then phoned Joe and told him about the problem. He told me that he would get back to me, but didn't. I waited through the weekend and texted Joe again, he didn't respond. I phoned him and he said that he would get back to me after checking with his ""technicians."" He never did. I phoned the following day (today), and asked Joe what the delay was. He told me that he checked with all of his technicians, and none of them were familiar with garage door
