My son worked here as a helper, for a summer job last year. He loyally showed up on time every day and he was a hard worker. He started work very early in the morning, and worked outdoors every day in all conditions of weather. Although the work was tough, he very much enjoyed his job. He had 12 weeks of summer to work, and was saving every pay check. Before he returned to school, he did the right thing and put in his two weeks notice at Q3. Instead of letting him work until his last day, Q3 fired him on the spot!! They gave him NO notice, NO reimbursement…NOTHING. Might as well had been a middle finger. It was a terrible thing to do to a 17 year old who spent his summer working for you! It really screwed him up financially and he was unable to meet his financial needs because of YOU. This

Our city is using this company to do something with gas lines on our neighborhood and while they were driving a machine in they started cutting of limbs off our tree. When I told our father he went out to ask them about this and all they did was turn away and say there stopping. If they needed to cut down branches or there could legally do so they could have just told us, but that they dident showed that they knew what they were doing was wrong. They never asked for permission to do this and completely messed up our tree.

Take the day off to supervise if these folks are contracted to do restoration concrete work after utility needs. They left a disastrous mess of concrete splashes all over the pavement not cleaning up as they go. This is not something can be washed off and is extremely unsightly taking down the curb appeal of myself and all my neighbors property. They show no intent of rectifying their substandard work. Completely unacceptable.

Looks like I’m not the first person to notice the aggressive and dangerous driving behavior from this company. One of their trucks pulling a skid steer rolled through a stop sign in a densely populated neighborhood and nearly hit my wife and son. If they can’t have the decency to drive safely, do you think they’ll do an honest job for you?

Q3 Contracting was on site at Marie and Oakdale in West St Paul this a.m. My bus, driving me a therapy facility, broke down right in the middle of their construction zone, blocking everything! The workers went well beyond their job description to help the Darts driver, and they were always upbeat ! They even helped me into the sub van! They did not need to do this! THANK YOU for making a potential unpleasant trip a positive one! Time is money, and they certainly should be paid extra for their help!!! THANK YOU!
