QDI Surfaces Porcelain Tile & Stone

Went browsing for pool tile, not knowing what exactly what I wanted. Their customer service personnel, Dana and Cera, were outstanding. They were helpful and knowledgeable, and they really made me feel like they cared. Even gave me some free pointers!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had a need for a very small travertine job”cube” to use as a handle to a lid, to complete a bath set. Not only did they find a small remnant that was perfect, but gave it to me at n/c! So refreshing to find a retailer that is customer focused, friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate returning for another project, big or small. Thank you!

I needed a couple of travertine replacement tiles for my home. AZ Tile and Bedrosians Tile were not able to match the color and sizes that I needed. QDI Surfaces (Dana and James) were exceptional in customer service! They spent time looking through the inventory to help me find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend QDI along with Dana and James.

Went to pick out some travertine tile today and had excellent customer service. Was immediately greeted and given suggestions for our back yard project. He sent us home with some samples as well.

I purchased, paying full retail, travertine pavers to extend my pool coping. My installer refused to lay the pavers, said the quality was sub-standard. When I returned the material to QDI. I encountered attitude. The counter person wanted a $50 restocking fee even if it was unusable poor quality. QDI makes a $50 profit AND takes the material , not going to happen. I am so angry having it being stuck to me. One expensive lesson, Unusable, I trashed the pavers.
