I brought my wife to get surgery around the block and left our car in this parking garage. Not only was it insanely expensive, we got home and I looked at the back of my car and this is what they did. They don’t have a phone number nor anything to contact them to complain. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!

This is my first review ever and I have to write it to warn others. There are no hours listed online and no hours listed at the entrance. However, because there is a little sign inside that states they close at midnight they've been getting away with charging customers ridiculous amounts of money for forced overnight parking. I had my two year old daughter with me and had to end up taking the subway and train back to jersey at 1230am because they were closed. I spoke to a gentlemen who works next door and he said people fall for this trap all the time- they end up getting stranded at late hours of the night with no car. Common courtesy would be to let customers know closing times (especially if they pull up to park in the evening!). Or post up a bigger sign! But they're just out for your

Parking is fine and got a great deal through spothero.... but the attended tried to charge me for Tesla Destination charging. The attended tried to charge me $20!!! When I told him there was no way I was paying for i charging he quickly dropped the price down to $10...I still refused. Thats way to shady to be dealing with. I will swing by the nearby superchargers instead.

This lot is keeping all the cars locked in over the weekend so they can charge us more even though there’s a SIGN saying they’re open until 10pm today. Absolutely unacceptable, only park here if you’re in the mood to get stranded in New York during a pandemic

No need to be a mean if I ask you something I’m not familiar with. Also, why you driving customers’ cars so fast in a parking lot?
