I highly recommend this company for your construction needs. Management, employees and subcontractors are top notch. I remained fully informed about the project at all times and the work was completed within the time frame and budget. Workers were always prompt, kind, and meticulous. When minor issues arose, they were quick to respond and earnest about providing a solution. I am definitely using them again.

I had John and his team at QR contracting take down a wall and put in support and a new granite countertop between my kitchen and dining room. It was a relatively small project that took 3.5 days. I had been planning this project for years, and gotten quotes from at least 5 other contractors. Absolutely none of them gave me any confidence. They were either not responsive or did not give a lot of detail where I felt there needed to be some. The moment I met John the owner, I knew that he was the contractor for my job. He was personable, honest about barriers he foresaw with the project and eager to discuss solutions, he was quickly responsive to my emails and texts, and overall, just had fantastic communication, which I felt was lacking with all the other contractors I got quotes from. John and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel. He was exactly on time and on budget and very easy to work with. His team was great and we love our kitchen. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

We had a very very unplanned plumbing issue that required the demo of two tiled bathroom walls (in two different bathrooms). This news dropped on Sunday and that same day John came out to our house to take a look at the area and provide an estimate for the work. On Tuesday we began the demo! On Thursday (after the plumbers-different company-finished) we began the restoration work! The downstairs shower lost a wall down to the frame, and an upstairs bathroom lost a piece of a wall near a toilet. At the end of the demo, you wouldn’t even know anything was done unless you looked directly at the project. The team left the place spotless. When it was time to put everything back together we lucked out because we had extra tiles from the original tile work done over a decade ago. In two days

John has done exemplary work for me throughout the last 15 years.Built (1) custom home, (1) detached garage, multiple full interior renovations including kitchen and multiple bathrooms......to the smallest repair of damaged drywall from a water leak. There isn't anything that he can't do. His honesty, integrity and work ethic is unmatched by any other contractor. His pricing is 'spot on'............his timing is impeccable. If he says he will be there at a specific time.....he will be there. At the end of each work day......the site is cleaned up and ready for the next day. John is 'my crown jewel" for all of my construction needs. I call no one else.
