Second time to use them for services, I find them polite, reasonably priced, they show up on time and fixed my dishwasher’s leak. Thank you, will be returning for any repair services in the future.

We used QSolution in June 2024, tech was clean and professional but tried to upsell! Spent about $750 (250 on initial visit and diagnostic and 500 for part and repair). Well, 7 months later the new part and repair failed! When I reached out I was told they only provide a 3 month warranty and they could come out again. Why would I ever have them back! I expected a bit longer than 7 months after a full part replacement! I would NOT recommend unless you only expect a very short term fix.

Came out same day to fix our washer. Great communication and service. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Finally a repair company that offers a fair estimate, sticks to the price and provides a guaranteed time frame for the repair. They were prompt, professional, and very skilled. Would highly recommend for both home and commercial repairs. Will definitely use again for future maintenance and/or appliance issues.
