Steve did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. The bathroom demolition required removing tile floor, which was very difficult because the smoothing concrete had impregnated into the base wood of the floor. Steve worked hard and diligently to complete the job. After a long day, he did a great job cleaning up the work site. I would highly recommend Steve, not only for his excellent work quality, but for his knowledge, willingness to consult on my project, his on-the-job pleasant demeanor and his complete and total responsiveness.

We had a shed that had a tree fall on it 5 years ago with the derecho. We couldn't find anyone to take it down for years. We gave UP! This week my we contacted Steve with QC Demolition. He gave us a quote and was back in 4 days and took it down. This went so smooth! I am a neat freak and had a hard time wanting to watch. My two dogs had to go out and we used a snow fence to give the dogs an area. He took down the shed in 3 slabs and cleaned up as he went. I mean CLEANED up! We are so happy with the outcome of this huge shed. If I were 30, which I am not now, I would have tried to take this down myself. We had put up a new deck in 2020 and stored the old deck and scraps from new in the shed along with roof sheathing from a garage build that a contractor did and left us 3 sheets.

Quad cities Demolition took down my garage and trees in my backyard. They were very fast and professional. Great value for the services. All work was completed in one afternoon and clean up was impeccable. Highly recommend! We are very pleased with the project they completed!
