Super happy with the quickness, professionalism and great job. I had a plumbing emergency, Randi got me scheduled right away and the issue was resolved. I used another local company first and they did not help but charged quite a bit. Watch who you use.

With a clogged drain going into a holiday weekend, called Vandemore plumbing and within 2 hours tech was on the job and unclogged said drain. Great service!

We had a problem with our pilot light not staying on and had no hot water. We tried ourselves to fix it and had an idea what the problem was but still we weren't completely sure and went with Vandemore. 8 days without hot water was enough and we just wanted a solution. The guy was here for literally 5 minutes doing nothing different and then they charge us $110. Highway freaking robbery! To add on to it they tell us what the issue was but say "the part needed is very hard to find" and were going to charge us a stupid amount of money for the whole process. Well that hard to find part you can find all over Amazon so to sum it up, price gouging and a bunch of BS.

We used Vandemore for the first and what will be the only time. The first day they came out, the job was clearly not complete and we had a backup again 4 days later. To finish the job that was not done properly the first time, they charged us a full new service call. The total time the plumbers were on the job as less than 1 hour between the 2 days. Essentially they charged us double because they didn't complete the job the first time. If we had known they wouldn't stand behind their work, we would have paid a different company to return and finish the job. We made multiple calls to the company to inquire about the bill and their solution was not to give an explanation of why they charged twice for a job they didn't complete, but to send a new bill with a small discount for the return
