Rob, from Quality Air Care Cleaning Services (QAC), saved the day. Last week, the CAC/heating thermostat was flashing "No Signal" (no electricity getting to the system) and I remembered that QAC had been cleaning the duct work the previous week, so I reached out to Stephani at QAC asking her to send someone to double check their work-perhaps a switch had been thrown-by mistake. Within a short time, Rob appeared at my front door. I explained my predicament and he methodically went thru the CAC/heating system and found the problem which happened to NOT be QAC’s fault, but, that did not stop Rob from staying with me until the local electrician showed up, to go over the possible issues with him-in order to make sure the house was safe. I don’t know about the company but one of their trucks cross me and almost crash my car in South Hampton. They shouldn’t be driving around if they don’t know how to drive those big trucks.

We recommend these guys as highly as possible. This is one of those rare outfits where you get great service at all levels of the company - first call, crew that shows up to your house, follow ups, billing, etc. Just first rate. We had them come clean our HVAC ducts - Spiros and his partner (great duo) - after a previous company botched the job. QAC did a great job, so attentive and on top of it. So much so that we looked for any other services they offer - turns out they clean out Lint from your dyer (done! and done so well, machine looks brand new). I recommend these guys to anyone. Lastly, my wife made this great comment after they left: "They left the place so clean, it's like they were never here." (so rare for anyone to enter your home to do work and leave it as clean, or clea
