I had an excellent experience with Quality Air Experts! Their technician (Daniyal) arrived right on time, quickly identified the issue with my HVAC system, and had everything running perfectly again. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly — exactly what you hope for when you need help fast. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. My 20 year old HEIL system is running better than it has in years, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Elementary ducting skills.. SMDH. They were subcontracted by our remodeling company (NV Kitchen and Bath) and they did a horrible job. The main point is this company took the job and they FAILED miserably doing it. If they think they can't do the job then don't do the job at all then we wouldn't be in the position 🙄. For reference, they planned a whole ducting system of our house on the day they arrived - zero measurements, zero calculations, etc etc (NOTE: the project was never on hold, the techs finished the terrible job. NV Kitchen failed to pay this company and that has nothing to do with me). They also keep sending this tech named Daniel and he doesnt know the difference between airflow current and air temperature - always finding an excuse to not do any work. I had to google it to ge

I am incredibly impressed with this company! My fridge stopped working on a holiday, and I didn’t expect anyone to come out so quickly. But they showed up right away, diagnosed the issue fast, and had it fixed on the spot. Their technician was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find service this reliable—especially on a day when most places are closed. I’m truly grateful for their quick response and excellent work. Highly recommend!

The technician was prompt. He was courteous, knowledgeable. He also took time to explain how the system works and gave tips on how to save when ordering replaceable parts.

Saber, the technician, who came to do the semi-annual service check on my hv/ac unit was very professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to insure my unit is clean and functional. A new hv/ac unit was installed at my home in 2012, but no one ever told me that in addition to the air filters needing replacement, there is a filter in the humidifier that needs to be replaced. Saber, removed the filter and showed me a very old filter which was falling apart. He informed me that if I purchased a new filter, he would stop by and install it for me. I appreciate this young man and his dedication to his profession. ☺️
