I have been a single home owner for five years now. I purchased a home that was built in 1947 and it hadn't seen a single update since. I had only one wall heater and plenty of windows with weathered frames to manage my heating and cooling. I was lucky enough to be referred to Quality Air Heating and Cooling. Joseph was so down to earth and kind that I was extremely comfortable from square one! He is extremely honest, well priced, and performs top-notch work. Even when I thought that I wanted to explore more expensive options he took the time to make sure that I really understood what I truly needed and didn't try to oversell me. My AC would run cool air for 2-3 hours and later no cool air. I called Joe on Saturday evening and he was at my house the next day at 7:30 AM to check out my AC problem. He checked Freon levels and leaks, both were good. After further check, he installed a condenser capacitor and a hard start to boost the compressor. He explained all the steps as he was working! Joe got my A/C up and running cool air again doing the excessive heat this week. (September 2022)

The experience I had was a good one. I got my furnace repaired and it is working fine at this point. The technician Joe was very friendly. Even though it taken a few days, it was repaired.

Said he would do some work for me, set an appointment, then he didn't show. After a second no-show (which he didn't have the courtesy to let me know he wouldn't make it beforehand), he didn't even message me afterwards or make an attempt to re-schedule.

They came the same day which was wonderful and they did the job for a super good price love it I have heat again yay
