About a month ago, Quality Air Solutions in Lowell, MA installed a heat pump home-heater/AC for us as well as a heat-pump-based water heater. We are very happy with the work they did as well as the follow-up to ensure that all is well. They just left us a few minutes ago after being here for the final system inspection. Quality Air Solutions' staff were professional and respectful at all times. We are very happy with QAS people, the work they performed, and the overall quality and performance of the equipment. Just had 3 split systems installed and am delighted. The units are so quiet. This summer we hope to stay comfortable. Jorge is very professional. He works hard to please his customers and address concerns
Jorge was great to work with. He is very professional and followed up after installation. Very respectful of your house as everything is completely cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with him. I had 4 mini-splits installed in my house.
