Issac was professional from the very start. He came to look at the project, which was a big one and gave me a reasonable price. Once we decided to go with him he gave me a timeframe and despite rain he did his best to stay on schedule. I think we did add a day or two, but always kept communication going so we always knew what was going on. As you can see in the pictures it's a large deck squeezed between two townhouses, this was a replacement job. Issac removed the entire thing and rebuilt it beautiful ly. Their estimate was reasonable as well as a true estimate of cost breakdowns for the work to be done, material, and labor rather than a simple text message with a total cost. Communication throughout the process was seamless. We never had to guess if and when they would show up, and they were here when they said they'd be. A couple of problems were found during the demo process, addressed, and fixed correctly as they appeared to be only partially fixed by previous owners. We’ve used Isaac for general work around the house and crawl space encapsulation, he’s always been trustworthy, respectful, and done quality work.
