I had a home warranty contract with American Home Shield and this was the default company assigned to me. There were numerous service calls to repair my washer and my refrigerator and both were NEVER repaired! INCOMPETENT is the only word I have. I eventually found another repair service and they completed the repairs with no issues after being told by Quality Appliance that my washer and refrigerator could not be repaired. I do not recommend this company at all!

He came out soon after I called to check my daughter's washing machine. He found the problem and ordered the part. It didn't take long for the part to come in and he called right away and replaced the bad part. He was professional and friendly and the price of repair was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Our washer was broken, and he came all the way out to our house in Pikeville to assess the issue, and was able to order the part, and get it fixed within a few days. On top of that, he even showed me what was wrong with it, and educated me on how he was fixing it. I was very impressed with his professionalism and efficiency. We will definitely be using him again!

Steve came promptly to fix my refrigerator; he had to order the part but tried a temporary fix until the part came. I did not get a bill until a month later because he was trying to get the manufacturer to pay. He was courteous and friendly. I would use him again.

They scheduled for 12-4 window and were no shows. I scheduled a fridge/freezer repair on Monday, August 2 for Tuesday, August 3 with a 12-4 service window. At 11:40, I get off of a work call with a voicemail saying that “Mike is headed this way but I have to call back and he’s give me about ten minutes to respond.” I call, no answer and then another voicemail comes through, saying he’s sorry he missed me and to cal back to get on schedule. I called about 6 times and then called the main office. I got “he tried to call you and gave you about 15 minutes so he went to another call.” It was still all before the 12 appointment time. This is absolutely horrible customer service.
