We purchased a custom house from Quality Construction 1 year ago. Bobby who was representing the business, worked with us patiently all through the process helping us select the custom fittings as well as guiding us with regards the buying process. The material used in the already completed house under construction when we decided to buy were also of high quality which helped drive our decision to but this beautiful house we call out home now. Since we moved in, we haven't observed any major issue at all. For all other smaller issues, Bobby has been very responsive & has sent someone to help timely if needed. We purchased a custom house from Quality Construction 7 years ago. They worked closely with us in designing the house, and helped guide us in selecting the material for the various rooms. They were professional, responsive and easy to work with. As is normal with new houses, some cracks appeared from the house settling after the first few years, and they were quick in having them patched and repaired for us. They are always more than willing to help or guide us in the right direction if we have any questions or concerns about the house. We have not had any major issues with the house, and any minor issues were all addressed promptly.

In 2016, Quality Construction deconstructed my old, 1960's bathroom and installed a beautiful, modern up-to-date bathroom that is more functional and more comfortable. I found the owner of the business, Ira Erlichman to be attentive and responsive to my needs. He has a great sense of style and functionality, so he made some creative suggestions that I hadn't thought of that really made the bathroom look prettier. His project manager, Bobby, was also very eager to please, very responsive to my requests, and very professional. The job was brought in on time, and within the budget I had told Mr. Erlichman that I could afford. Everything that they installed continues to hold up very well, and continues to look beautiful. We built a new, custom home in Northern Jersey with Quality Construction and were pleased with the entire process. The craftsmanship was top shelf, Ira and Bobby were very reasonable to work with, and the home has been performing well these past 6 years.

To date I have renovated 3 bathrooms with quality construction. I started using them almost 10 years ago and have called them up for each job since then. Ira Erlichman strives to please his customers. He was very quick to address any concerns or changes that needed to be made (ie. supporting wall in that way of work etc). The work that he does is of highest quality and even after almost 10 years it looks like it was done yesterday. He guided me through the process of choosing all the materials that I needed. As with all contractors, make sure all the details are in the contract prior to starting work.
