Based on the lack of customer service from this company at every possible opportunity I would not recommend them. The only employee that actually tried to help was Carly. She was kind, professional, and answered the phone each time sincerely trying to help while everyone she put me in touch with could care less. Every distributor I was referred to wasn't even aware of the product they were licensed to sell. Dan Kozak who is their West Regional Sales Manager would not even return a call. If this is the kind of treatment you get before the sale why would you risk spending your money with them?

DON'T waste your time. They DON'T use their time to train their employees. put on your thinking skills and ask yourself, can it really be worth your money? Because they are KNOWN for cutting corners in their production as well as management. If you have serious inquires, use your money elsewhere.

We were so excited about getting our QE Vesta siding. This is what we got. Needless to say, it all had to come down. Our experience taught us; for a lasting investment, go with a different siding manufacturer. One that actually cares about who is installing their product and how.

What a great product. The under the deck is easy to install looks better than any other like product yet works like a 6 star of a 1 to 5 scale for use. Apparently matching the QE trim that I have on my home to an outbuilding I was building didn't even warrant a return phone call. The sales rep I was to contact was Ben Rafmussen and none of my 3 attempts to contact him resulted in a response. Not the kind of service I would expect for a repeat customer....
