Edited to update: the owner BJ reached out to us. He gave us options to rectify the situation and we are happy with the resolution. BJ was very courteous and worked quickly to resolve the matter. There is a blatant lack of communication between sales and the installation team in this company. To top it off poor customer service. We needed 4 posts replaced from wind damage and a small gate installed to our utilities. We chose to add h beam reinforcements to the posts to hopefully avoid this in the future. During the initial estimate visit my husband asked sales if we could add H beams to our other existing posts. Toby said no we could not do that because the beams needed to be set with the concrete. Quality Fence beautifully repaired my 50+ year old metal fence that had been maimed by a fallen tree branch. The skilled team repaired the section of the fence versus installing the entire section saving time and $$. The repair is seamless (except color change of the fence material which makes sense given the age of the original fence “fabric”). The team was efficient, responsive and skilled! I am very happy with their experience, the final product, and the cost of the repair! 5 stars!

Rear neighbor hired Quality Fence for an installation that occurred today. Completely half-assed work. To begin with, the post should be on the neighbors side, not mine. Second, they didn't bother fencing around the rear shed which belongs to the neighbor leaving my side of the property line exposed. It's ridiculous.

Laura Toby and Cathy provided excellent post storm service. Estimate was a good value. I am very pleased with the Western Red Cedar product and the installers were fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Quality Fence!
