Gustavo and his company, Quality Flooring Solution, was recommended to me by a friend. So we decided to hire him to demolish the tile and remove the carpet from our 3,077 sf new-built house. We wanted wood-look-like tile across all rooms and spaces in the house. Gustavo and his crew did a fantastic quality job! But Gustavo’s services went beyond just doing the job. Gustavo took the time to listen to what we wanted, made recommendations, then stayed always in contact throughout the job with updates on progress and timeline. I hired Gustavo with Quality Flooring Solutions to handle all the tile work in my condominium, from the floors to the bathroom tile and even the baseboards, everything looks clean, modern, and perfectly installed. and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is outstanding. Gustavo was very professional, punctual, and always kept the space clean and organized. Very happy!!

I had all the materials for the job. Was going to have the company remove tile and do vinyl install. Decided I might remove tile myself. Either way, they asked for 1/2 the price of the job up front. $3000 of a 6 k job, probably less with me pulling the tile. Told him I would give him $500 and $2500 when he showed up without starting. After this, he said he didn't want to do the job anymore. I don't know if it was because I didn't want 3k of unsecured funds out there or that I wanted to do more work myself. I will be looking for a different company after I pull my own tile.

I had such a great experience with Gustavo and his team at my business . He made what i thought was impossible. I was in an emergency situation with my floor as a result of a bad previous installation. He didn’t hesitated to give me solutions which I loved at the beginning but when my floor turn out as new I was obsessed with the quality of his service. Also as a plus he leave everything clean and ready to use. I will recommend him million times.

Great price for the quality of the work. They finished within the time frame and were very communicative through the process, I was so happy that I used them to install carpet in my house.
