Quality Gate Company

Great, same-day service! Quality Gates came through and helped me out in a really great way today. I’m very happy with Tim the technician and my gate is working now. He figured out what was the issue and provided me with options. The only thing I noticed is the technicians are very rushed and I wish he wasn’t rushed out of the property so quickly because I have another gate we would like to upgrade that I would have liked him to take a look at and provide some options to upgrade/replace. But, overall these guys exceeded my expectation today and I’m very happy I was referred because they got the job done quickly, for a fair price and with a high quality of service.

Quoted $7900 for a new gate controller from this company. Ended up paying $3500 from people who aren't greedy. Same equipment! They weren't the only ones, most gate companies want to make $4000 off of you to send a guy for 3 hours. Must be nice huh...

Our experience with Quality Gates was superb from the first day the owner came to our home and estimated the work. They were very patient with a lot of design questions. The installation teams were diligent and perfectionists. We could not be more pleased with the beauty and craftsmanship of the final custom products. This company is awesome!

Good customer communication and showed up on time. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Work was quick to respond and job well done. My only problem is your billing dept calling me on phone 5 days after bill sent out wondering why I hadn't paid. In fact I had paid by bill pay through bank the day I got the bill. How fast does she expect payment????? Very rude! Thought about getting another gate company.
