Quality Heating & Air Conditioning

Total rip off. Said they could fix what I had for over 6000 dollars or replace with a 18,000 to 20,000 dollar new system. Had a second opinion and it's only 300 Bucks for a service cleaning. High pressure sales tactics and a promise that they can fix it better than anyone else........... Total scam you should be ashamed of yourself for predatory tactics. Zero stars if I could.

I shouldn’t do this. I should not tell you how pleasant it is to be able to text your air conditioner company and have them respond and show up when they say they will. They absolutely fix everything that has an issue. They are pleasant to deal with. The reason I should not tell you this is that you will use them and if everyone starts to use them then they will be busy. But good service and people should be rewarded. Cory is the owner and I highly recommend his work ethic and responsiveness. Great prices as well. You have air issues? Use this company.

Awesome place! They came out and did an estimate on my a/c that was freezing over. Determined it needed cleaning. I had them come out after an estimate of $350-$400, when I was quoted $500 by a different company not long before. The guys Dale and Max were very nice and professional. They came in pulled the coils and cleaned them. They put everything back and cleaned up. They treated myself and my family with respect and were very nice to our cats as we run a rescue in our home. Max is allergic to cats and never once complained! I will continue to use their company for my heating and air conditioning needs! The final cost was $375 for them to pull and clean my a/c coils. Very affordable!!

No professionalism what so ever, they came out today to put on a part, they told us would be in in 14 days that was August 20th. No one called us to let us know the part had came in broke and they had to send it back. Now today they said they would be out between 8:30 am and 9:30 am no one showed up until after we called the office manager, she had to call the technician to call us. He couldn't come out at that time because it was going to rain at 12noon. News Flash it's 2:05 no rain insight! After arguing with him over the phone, he finally came about 10:45 am. They finished putting my Air Conditioning unit together, but didn't bring enough Freon so they had to go to get more. So I went to look at the work after it was done and notice the 2 pads wasn't put under the unit and the

Good prices, good customer service and I am just so thankful that I contacted them!! They just fixed my air today and the last person said it needed refrigerant, they came and saw it was my backed up drain and they fixed it and I have air!! After weeks of sweating and fighting this heat, they fixed my air!!! I will definitely use them and recommend them to anyone looking for service!!
