Quality Home Check

Quality Home Check recently performed a home inspection for us. We found Tracy very easy to work with, professional, technically competent and encouraging in that he actually wanted us as buyers to accompany him on the home inspection so he could explain any issues he found to be sure we appreciated the severity of issue. In so doing his inspection was nearly 4 hours long… one of the most complete inspections I’ve ever experienced! In the end, he found approximately $10k worth of issues which allowed us to negotiate w owners in price reduction. I highly recommend Tracy as a home inspector. You’ll not find better!!
