Kevin and team did a great job installing a new ductless heat pump system, along with a new heat pump water heater. They also removed our old oil heat system, including radiators. I really appreciated the planning and scoping process - Kevin did a great job of assessing our needs and involving us in the planning & design. And the actual work was great - the crew was very thorough, they kept things clean, there was great communication throughout, and the final work looks good (inside and out). Overall, a great experience!

Dennis came out to my home for something simple but ended up doing a larger job of installing a new thermostat for us. He was professional, knowledgeable, and the work was done quickly. Overall, he did a phenomenal job. I will be using this company for all of our homes heating needs for now on!

Mike came out and cleaned our AC system. He was amazing he explained everything he was doing and gave pointers on when to maintain the system. He was extremely knowledgeable about the field and was a pleasure to work with. We are having him come out again to clean our heating system which I had a million questions on and he didn’t hesitate to answer all of them! I’m so happy I found Quality Home Heating and Air!
