Stopped in about having bathroom floor/vanity replaced. Was told someone would come out wed/thu of that week to measure. Nobody ever showed. Stopped by the store the Saturday that week. Was told that they'd be over Monday. They did come over Monday. Several weeks later we were called with a rough quote.
