Quality Illuminations Landscape Lighting

I didn't realize how dark our landscaping was until Jim and Tyler LIT IT UP!!! These fellas were an absolute delight to work with. They were both very patient, answered all my questions and catered to my every whim. Jim walked us through the process of choosing proper lighting and placement, he made several adjustments before permanent installation, ensuring everything was to our liking. I would 100% recommend these guys to all our friends, family and neighbors!

Jim "the light guy" is by far the most diligent meticulous light installer around . We have used quality illuminations for years to include up lighting, pathway lighting and hanging tree lights. I always wanted track lighting under my soffits that would place a uniform glow on my house. Not to mention change colors to the season without the need to hang Xmas lights ever again. He came out and set up test strips to see what I would like. I chose my depth of lighting and had him install in the front and sides of my house . I can utter words but amazing . Tyler did Christmas landscape lighting for my home and it truly made it so magical to come home to each night. I received so many compliments on how creative the design was, and this is the way I will go each year! Thank you both for such a beautiful job.

So personable, kind, professional, gave an estimate then came back to put up the lights so we could make adjustments which is unheard of going that extra mile made all the difference in placement for the lights in our front yard! Even came back when we had issues when our power turned off. Incredible customer service!

In 2024 I had $3,500 worth of lighting installed in our backyard. We were pleased with the job at first, but Jim couldn't be bothered with us after the sale. Not only that, he tried to charge $85 for a simple light adjustment during a FREE estimate for my front yard. Fast forward a couple years (not quite) one of the tree lights went out. These are Kitchener LED lights that were $300 each. They were supposed to last for YEARS. I called Jim 5-6 times leaving patient messages since there is supposed to be a 10 year warranty on these lights. He has yet to call me back. Months have passed. Yesterday I called again only to learn his phone has been discconnected. I'm assuming he blocked me. This is a dishonest man that has no integrity. I would steer clear of such a sheister.
