Ryan as well as other team members did a beautiful job on my garage project with great communication and service. We recently bought a new house with a gas fireplace that was installed by Quality Insulation of Portsmouth. The fireplace let in cold air that could be felt across our living room floor and the pilot light wouldn't stay lit because of the amount of draft and cold air blowing through. If you are looking for "Quality" then do not shop here. Phone call after phone call and messages went unanswered.. When we finally got to speak to someone three appointments were set up for someone to look at the fireplace and each one was a no show. A call to head office got them moving to look at it. It's partially fixed and we are still experiencing a draft... but now its the same routine again. Phone calls and messages and no one to get back to you. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Gutters were installed super professional. The down spouts match the house, the way in which they extend are perfect rather than the possible large elbows. They crew was very knowledgable. Highly recommend
