Beware of this business! HVAC specialist was called and advised on the phone that there was no fee for an estimate. A verbal estimate was provided when he arrived of approximately $100. A verbal agreement was given to complete the repair, provided the repair was close to the verbal estimate of approximately $100. No further communication was given by the HVAC specialist. A few weeks later, an invoice was sent by the business exceeding $400 without any itemization or description of the extra charges. No permission was given for any additional work beyond the initially quoted repairs for approximately $100. Formal complaints have been made for the BBB and will be made to the State of Wisconsin for this businesses tactics. If you need HVAC help, choose another business.

Heating went out at Tom's in Menasha. Tom and his crew kept coming over, sometimes multiple times a day, until new unit was available. New unit installed during the snow storm on Tuesday February 12. EXCELLENT customer service. Thanks Tom and crew.

As a small business owner, if we have a HVAC issue, we need it resolved fast. Every time we have an issue (which is very uncommon!). we call QMI and Tom gets right on it. Highly recommended!

Horrible service. Complaints with our HVAC system go unanswered and seem to be totally ignored for days. One of the service guys, Tom always gives the excuse that he thought one of his associates was taking care of it. Then after a week or two of begging, Tom finally at least goes out to check on things, and often there is no improvement.

Called about a company vehicle driving erratically, no answer, no voicemail. Driver cut off myself and I’m two separate instances almost caused twine accidents
