There are many reasons why Andrea and her crew consistently receive superior reviews. I had a fairly small job. Andrea promptly returned my call, efficiently assessed the siding situation, gave me an estimate and a repair date. (Most other contractors didn’t bother to return calls or wanted to re-side the entire house). Communication, friendliness, courtesy, professionalism and sincerity were evident from beginning to end. Harsh weather interfered with the first date but that was beyond her control and I 100 percent agree that the safety of her crew was the priority. Andrea contacted me on the first possible day that the work could be completed. Her crew arrived as promised, they were friendly, did exactly what was needed, and cleaned up. If I could give more than 5 stars to Roof Enforcements, I absolutely would. Our roof turned out to be a unique and complex insurance situation. We had wind damage, and what should have been a straightforward claim turned into a long battle of reports, exceptions, and gray areas. Throughout it all, Andrea spent numerous hours, (and months) personally communicating with and advocating to our insurance company. This was a truly unique situation, the kind of complication I firmly believe would have made most other contractors walk away and wash their hands of once it stopped being easy. Great company to work with- this was my first major project on the house I just bought and Andrea never hesitated to answer my questions. The team got here and got to work, they were prompt and efficient and she was on site all day to monitor their progress. I appreciate the prompt responses and quick turn around on the project.
