I want to recognize the Quality Oil Co. I have lived in Plantsville for over 25 years and have used other local companies. Quality is certainly not the biggest Oil Company in town (only 2 trucks), but they make up for it in service. I ordered Oil on Saturday 2/21 and in the middle of a blizzard and another 6-8 inches of snow, the driver arrived and filled the tank. I recognize that this might not happen on every purchase, but it is comforting know they have your back. I encourage everyone in town to call Quality Oil for their next fill up. Support small businesses and keep your money where it belongs, in our own town. Thanks Quality Oil.

Very good company have them for years

I gave this company a second chance after the driver spilled oil on the walkway and shrubs. I called in the morning for the current price. The price I was billed was .06 cents per gallon higher upon the delivery which was the very next morning. I called and the receptionist said the price I was given was 2.54 per gallon but the price I heard on the recording was 2.48 per gallon. She then told me the price can change twice in one day. I can’t figure why they would not want to satisfy the customer and give me the lower price which only made a 10.06 dollar difference. Even though the difference is minimum , I can’t help but feel cheated with this company and don’t agree with the way they conduct their business. Needless to say, I regret giving them a second chance.

Almost just got killed by one of their drivers. He was coming down a steep hill, when he crossed over into my lane, taking over the entire space. If I didn’t turn right off track and beep continuously at him, I and my daughter would’ve been run over into pieces. Maybe get some responsible drivers that care about others on the road!

Very nice, both the staff and delivery drivers. Have been purchasing oil from them for years, and couldn't be happier.
