First and foremost, Jerry lied about who he was and identified himself as an employee of the city to gain access to my property he would not otherwise gained. While on my property, he damaged my fence, trying to locate the manhole cover he thought was in my yard. After I asked him to fix the area he damaged he threw a piece of stump at it and claimed that fixed. While I know Jerry is a plumber and not a fencer, he should ve able to fix what he damaged. While leaving he said he may need to be back and that is when I told him I didn't want him back after damaging my fence and having a rude attitude.
