For 5 years I have been dealing with sewage backing up. I have had the septic tank pumped several times and the drains cleaned out. Nobody SOLVED the problem. Each company came out and serviced the house and said to call them when the problems happen again. They were satisfied with returning time and time again to cash in on my problems. I called Quality Plumbing and they cleared out the clog and diagnosed the cause of the problem. They isolated the problem to a 50 year old pitted cast iron pipe. They replaced it and installed a clean out to enable us to fix future clogs ourselves. My ONE REGRET: I wasted so much time and money on several other companies, instead of calling Quality first..

They came out the same day and took care of a tricky repair. Not only did they offer a better solution than what I currently had, they did it in minimal time and at a great price. Outstanding service!!

Call Quaity Plumbing about plumbing problem i had . They told me some one would be sent out. After nearly 8 hours pass I call again l was told the same . It has been 4 days still nothing. Never will call them again. Why didn't they said we don't want the job.

I HAD THIS COMPANY COME OUT to fix a water leak. I was told the guy didn't have the right size fittings so he would come back later that day or the next. They never came back and didn't call. I finally called them 3 DAYS LATER and was told they didn't think they could find the right size fitting. I think they just didn't want to come back because it was a small job. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. They kept me waiting when I could have been searching for another plumbing service. I highly recommend you DO NOT use this company. ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE.

The men who came out quoted us a price and told us they were not going to charge us for coming out for that quote. After the work was done, which it still leaked btw it was about a hundred more dollars than my quote but was never told it would be more. Called the office and the guy was clueless and not interested in the situation. Just told us he shouldn’t have told me he wouldn’t charge us for the initial visit. I will absolutely not recommend this place.
