This company is extremely unprofessional and misleading in the way they communicate to customers. I initially contacted them and dealt with Joe , we settled for a fixed price, after about an hour of the truck arriving, he called me and started yelling that “the truck has to leave right now or you will have to pay overtime” ! I was shocked at his behavior because he did not communicate time or additional charges to me. I ended having to pay an extra $100 for 30 minutes but guess what they have lost a lot of business and I will ensure the BBB is notified of the unethical practices in business. This is not the way to conduct business Mario and Joe, you have lost more than you know. Good luck as you will need it. I wish I could give a negative rating because that’s what they deserve.

I don't review places/companies based on 1 interaction, We used them for a second time this week, Concrete was good, the drivers were on time and knew what they were doing. Can't ask for more than that from a ready-mix company.

Very unprofessional. Request payment upfront before touching anything and was working with the concrete pump company to up sell. Asks for Too Much Money Up Front, most of the time deposits are around 50% not 100%. poor business, scammers. stay away. worst company i have to dealt with. Built 2 houses in great neck and little neck. This company is by far the worst to work with.

Horrible, called to release concrete in the morning at 7. He says the inspector is here , of course. It's always the inspector. Any time a concrete company tells you that the inspector is there It's total bs. They over booked. He says concrete will be late by 30 minutes, I say that's fine. Delivery was set at 9 and I expected it to be here by 930. It is now 11:40. Two whole hours late , called countless times. All I get is he is 20 minutes away , 20 minutes and other 20 minutes away. Such bs.

Was moving with the flow of traffic on a local road, when one of their work vans cut me off to race to a red light. Then proceeded to verbally threaten me while waiting at a solid red light. If this is how they treat random people, I'd hate to have a disagreement with them at a jobsite.
