Quality Roofing

I just got off the phone with the owner at Quality Roofing. He is an unkind person. His professionalism is lacking. When he returned my call, he did not even say hello, nor did he introduce himself. I called him to bid my sister’s house. He got upset because I have my contractor’s license and called him for a bid. He said I misrepresented myself as a homeowner. My sister was standing next to me when I called him. What is the difference between her calling him or me? I have more knowledge to help him with the information on what we need than she does. He told me he only deals with homeowners who actually pay the bills, therefore he will not be showing up to bid- and then VERY RUDELY hung up on me. I called him back to explain there was no mark up on this job, he told me I misrepresented
