Quality Service Today Plumbing & Septic

Absolute worst experience ever ! I specifically requested someone to come over and camera my clean out. They sent someone to snake my clean out , with no camera even though I told them specifically what I needed. Charged me $69 for a tech to drive to my house for nothing ! The tech himself attempted to be accommodating, called CS himself to explain this was a failed service called and they did nothing but say oh $650 plus tax to camera the clean out we can still send someone . Nah i’m good. My money will go to a company that offers proper customer service and competent staff. Shout out to the tech though , very respectable

Technician, Neal, with a truck. We were desperate, and he had some advance warning of the situation. I was impressed. I have a great deal of customer service experience. I think I know what its all about. Neal knows what its all about. He stayed for at least two and a half hours in cold , wet, muddy, unpleasant circumstances, and made sure that he satisfied all our needs. He did additional steps to ensure that I was satisfied. I am impressed with their response to an emergency situation.

We contacted Quality Service Plumbing regarding issues with toilets and with water pressure. We received virtually immediate service from one of their technicians, Nathaniel Nicholson who investigated the issues and inspected our entire plumbing system. He offered several options regarding repair/replacement and we accepted one. The work he did was pristine and perfect. As a result of our experience, we highly recommend Quality (and Nathaniel) for your plumbing service and repair needs.

Quality Service Today a family owned business out of Mebane pumped out our tanks for $299 plus tax! The best deal I could find around and I called a handful of companies for quotes! They did charge $44 extra for cleaning the filter. This is something I know now I should be doing yearly and can do myself easily once the lid is off, hubby will help with that! 😇 Neil Overson did a fantastic job pumping out the septic tank! He explained why a service tech could come out as a complimentary service to check on a few things he found during the pump out. Charlie S showed up and really educated me on my system and how it all works! He taught me the importance of doing maintenance and even scoped our line! I'll preface this review by saying if I had not experienced this huge inconvenience after the pump installation, I wouldve given 5 stars. I chose this company basrd on the reviews I's seen. The customer service was amazing. All of the technicians that worked on the diagnostics, repair and follow up were very friendly and knowledgeable.Even the admin who answered the phones, made my appointment, kept me updatrd via text and phone call & noted my concern after hours. I did not give this experience because the next day when I arrived home from work, it appeared the pump wasnt working & there was spillage in my basement.
