If I could give Quality Stone Concepts 10 stars I would have. From beginning to end the team at Quality Stone Concepts was outstanding. We walked without an appointment and met with Cat to discuss our countertop needs for our kitchen remodel. There were many options provided by Cat to choose from. We chose a Fantasy Brown Stone from their stock. Once our cabinets were installed, measurement and installation scheduling with Amanda was seams less. I can be a pain sometimes, but Amanda took care of my every need. Matt’s measurements of the cabinets were spot on when the stone showed up for installation. Quality stone concepts recently did granite countertops for my kitchen. All of their staff was warm and welcoming, and easy to communicate with. Matt and his team showed up on time for both the measure and installation. This was a very easy process, and they did wonderful work!

We had a small piece of granite that needed one edge finished for a new kitchen island. Even though it was an extremely small job for what they normally do, they treated me as if I was purchasing enough stone to redo three kitchens. Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to replace my parents old counters with granite tops for Christmas. My neighbor just had hers done by Quality and highly recommend them. I have to say Terry (one of the owners) has been my point of contact throughout the process. His customer service is first class. The job was done on time and without issues.
