Quality Stucco West

Spec Builder that moved back to the valley from Denver. Starting up a company during COVID was a challenge but these guys were a find. I met the crews two times before going to the office for a bid and dealing with the owner. He put up material on our project without any payment. Then I had health issues that caused us to pause work for 3 months. He never called for payment with his material and the labor on our house the whole time. 2 times during that break I had professionals recommend Charlie. We're sending a check for 80 percent of the job on Monday, weeks before we'll be ready for stucco. Prepaying for work on entry level homes is never done but I know it will be done right when I'm ready.

Quality should not be in this companies name, they are the worst to deal with, they don't even listen you what the customer wants, then they take phone calls while you are getting ready to explain. They were supposed to meet me at the house months ago, they never showed up and when I called Charles told me he was their but could not get in the backyard. Amazing what a phone call to me would have accomplished.

I have had moisture streaks arise within 2 yrs. from stucco installation in my new home. The company said they were baffled by what could cause it. Now I have more moisture streaking and it is obvious the moisture barrier is not adequate. DO NOT USE this company if U can avoid it! I have many photos of this and have tried painting over (they suggested I just paint) to NO AVAIL, more appear all the time!

Outstanding work. Very attentive to detail. Charlie, Jose and his crew did a fabulous job and had a willingness attitude to please the customer. Highly recommend.

Used them to repair some old cracks they did an outstanding job. They did a great job of matching the color and texture. Very professional and met our short time frame. Could not have asked for more
