Quality Systems Heating and Cooling fellas are awesome. Mike came out to our place on a Saturday morning one hour after calling him, that's really fast for a weekend. After purchasing a new home and moving in, evidence of mold was discovered in the heating system—something that the home inspection missed. Quality Systems Heating and Cooling was recommended by our duct cleaning professionals (Taylor at Minnesota Duct Pros). Mike Thompson assessed the system and recommended installing a REME HALO®Zero whole home air purifier. It uses UV light and H2O2 generation to kill microorganisms. We researched, liked the system, and found his quote to be very reasonable. So, we had him install the unit. He showed up on time, went straight to work, was very respectful of us and our home, and cleaned up after himself, meticulously. Truly a professional job! After having a disappointing experience with a previous contractor who left my furnace replacement unfinished and poorly done, I was incredibly relieved to find Larry and his team. They stepped in, corrected the issues, completed the furnace installation, and properly installed the Aprilaire system—all up to code. Larry and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with from start to finish. Larry even went the extra mile to help me find rebates to offset the additional costs, which I truly appreciated. Was in a bind with furnace stopped running before major cold snap. Mike came over same day, did some troubleshooting and determined the issue. Definitely knows HVAC systems and parts vendors. Quickly got the part, completed repair, and did a check for verify all is well. Professional, clear communication, and great to work with. My new go-to for anything HVAC!

Our furnace was acting up so we called for help. Mike came right out and tried to fix it but it was in too rough of shape. He quoted us a new one that was very competitive and installed it in short order. During the install he reworked some questionable work from an AC install last summer from a different company.
