SOS Cleaning and Restoration

Our project evolved throughout the process of mold remediation, and Mark went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend him and his business more. As the owner of a fixer-upper, who has hired many a contractor, these people are some of the absolute best out there.

I had an outstanding experience with SOS Cleaning and Restoration. They responded within 24 hours of my call, inspected the house thoroughly, and sent me a detailed quote within just two hours—even on a Friday evening. Their pricing was very fair, their communication excellent, and they arrived on time. The work was completed flawlessly, and my home was left spotless. Truly a professional, reliable, and customer-focused team. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with SOS Restoration from first contact to final completion. Their staff stayed in touch, letting me know when a technician would arrive to prepare an estimate, then in sending me the contract once I'd agreed on the cost, and again in letting me know the arrival day and time of the technician for mold removal and cleanup. During the walk-through, he evaluated the entire basement section, not just the area I'd identified, and found another small area that had mold. When he treated the areas, he first vacuumed them with a HEPA filter, then washed them with a sanitizing solution, then vacuumed the areas again with a new HEPA filter. He even washed the nearby floor! I would highly recommend them. They also do water recovery.

I could not possibly have had a better experience! Mark really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his carpet cleaning job. Via email and the onsite job, he provided the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. He even spent time explaining what he uses for the cleaning process and how they treat areas more difficult to clean. In short, I had my carpet looking the best it has in over 10 years.
