Being newish to Chicago-style flat roofing issues and after a leak developed, I'm so glad we went with Tony and Quality Way Roofing. He explained the shoddy original construction of the problem areas and how his team would remedy the issue with a much better construction. The guys who came out and completed the repair and re-roofing were excellent and very contentious when accessing the roof from inside and outside the house. The project from estimate and start to finish was very efficiently executed and very high quality with a fair price! Communication was also superb. Go with these pros. We'll be using Tony and Quality Way for any future roofing needs.

The step-out balcony above living room had been leaking on/off for many years. Needed a true professional to handle this since it would be our 3rd replacement roof. Found Quality Way online and read the reviews which were all very good. Tony returned my online request to look at my situation, was at my house next day and he identified source of water issues very fast. He sent 6 men for two full days to completely re-do the parapet walls, strengthen the floor trusses, new rubberized deck and finish with cement board siding wall and composite decking. Super water tight and solid! A lot of work and I paid for the best and got it. My roof replacement, that was just completed yesterday , couldn’t have gone better in every way- from the quote process which was highly detailed and explanatory and the permitting, to the tear down (of multiple layers of asphalt and the original cedar shingles) and roof replacement - and the meticulous cleanup of the property. Tony Ziko, the owner, was hands-on every step of the way and handled every aspect with his crew - including re-securing the gutters, adding air vents (there had never been any) and answering every question via text or phone (and I had many). Tony had his crew photograph the entire process and sent me updates throughout the 2.5 days the job took. His price was in the same ballpark as the other four quotes I

Quality Way removed our building roof deck, replaced the original roof, and rebuilt the roof deck system. The final product looks great. Tony’s communication throughout the entire project was very thorough and he sent daily photo and video updates along the way. The quality of the work performed by Tony’s highly skilled crew was very impressive. I would strongly recommend QW and I look forward to using them for future building maintenance needs.
