Quality Windows

I had my whole house of 21 windows replaced. One of the windows was more than a replacement. It was expanded. This was a big job, estimated to take 3 to 4 days. I am a firm believer of giving credit where it is due, so I will say that Bob the salesman was prompt, professional, and did not pressure me into the sale. During the initial install, it was VERY cold and the team worked pretty hard to get the job done. Now for the bad which is everything that followed: after the install my contractor noticed some issues with the way the expanded window was completed. There was supposed to be a header for the load bearing wall but it was not placed. I immediately reported it to Kevin who sent the team back out to fix it. OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Salesman was on time for our appointment, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. 10 out of 10! Windows arrived in a timely fashion. Installation was perfection! They were so very nice, hard working and good! I had so many questions and they took the time with me to answer them all. Would give 10 stars if it were an option. We are so pleased we chose this company. Thank you!

We were extremely pleased with the whole process of the Thermalweld triple pane high efficiency Polaris windows we purchased from Quality Windows. Bob was a great salesman, Ken was an excellent installer. We had 2 arched windows and 8 other ones and he made sure he was here to install them. He came on a Saturday to ensure he did the job ? No mess to clean up either 2 months after ,one of the arched windows had a stress crack due to the cold weather and we contacted Rena at Quality and they ordered a new one with no problem. When that window came in Polaris sent one of their installers Steve and he was excellent also. Rena was great also with the paperwork . We are so pleased with these windows, less noise and energy efficient and they look great !! Nelson and Angie Malone

Good morning 🌞 We had windows installed a few days ago. We are so PLEASED with the service and installation. Our first contact was Troy. He was so helpful. Next was Ken. Although we only talked on the phone he was helpful. Corey, the installer, is an asset to your company!! If I was to score him I’d give him a 99.9%. Very pleased with my new windows. The guys did a great job and reassured me if down the road there are any questions or concerns not to hesitate and give them a call. Great job from Troy, Brian, Kyle, Ryan and Kevin. Outstanding group of people. I would definately recommend.
