We received the best customer service we’ve ever experienced with Custom Wood Floors by Stan. Stan literally saved Christmas! We had hired another floor company to finish the hardwood floors we installed in a new addition to our home. The other company created a “halo” effect around the perimeter of our entire room due to incorrect sanding methods. We knew this wasn’t correct but the other company repeatedly assured us it was a “shadow”, and suggested we move forward with top-coating the floor. We asked Stan for a 2nd opinion and he came the very next morning and confirmed that we were right and it was, in fact, a sanding issue. We tried to get our first contractor to fix the issue but after much back-and-forth, delays and denial, we realized we weren’t getting anywhere with our contractor

The process of building a home is a lot to take on but when it came to our floors we let Stan take control. We knew what we wanted and Stan made our vision come to life.
