No accountability, unprofessional, unresponsive. Hired them to move a few larger items. Everything was great (seriously it was) until my living room sofa was damaged while delivering to my storage unit. I understand the physical work that had to be done as the elevator was too small so stairs needed to be used however you expect a little grace/carefulness. I contacted Angel regarding the damage he answered and asked for proof so I sent him a video. Now all of a sudden all my text messages and calls have been ignored & no response besides "Yes I will reach back out once I get the chance" that was May 27th. Nothing personal but business-wise beware if damages occur Angel will pretend like nothing happened and not want to have a conversation or take accountability.

They broke my mom’s dresser AFTER both me and my sister told them the drawers didn’t come out! They took them out anyway and tried to put them back in and left without even telling us it was broke. Most of the drawers are off track and the bottom is completely broken and no longer closes. Her dresser is less than 2 years old and basically unusable now. I called the supervisor and never got a response. They will never get my business again! EDITED TO ADD: you gave a response to this post but you have yet to respond to me personally! You clearly don't go with what the customer prefers! If that was so, we wouldn't be in this situation.
