Quallet HVAC

My 25 year old window air units had pretty much given up and with the summer heat I knew they needed replacing. I reached out to Quallet to assess my needs. Joe Jr. came we discussed central vs split units and settled on splits. He patiently waited while I got the funds together and completed the job in 5 days from “ it’s a go”. ( one day got electrician, next day was install) Love the new units (2), can’t believe how quiet they are and cool the entire first floor! Everything cleaned up, tested, etc Many Thanks to the Quallet family and crew!! Think I’ve found my new HVAC company!

My furnace was acting up and the guys at Quallet did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue (on short notice) and getting it replaced. The work was done quickly but thoroughly -- they made sure to test the new unit and properly dispose of the old one. I've used them a few times and they are always friendly and quick to respond. I'll continue to use them for all HVAC jobs at my house moving forward.

Honesty and quality work. I had an issue with an aging furnace, Joe and his team laid out the facts and their recommendations and allowed me to make the decision on my own, without pressure. I chose to replace, and they were at my house next business day (at exactly the time they said they would). I had a great experience with Quallet, and will certainly be using them for my HVAC needs moving forward.

Recommend Joe and his business. Scheduling was super easy online and the morning of the appointment, Joe texted with a timeframe and then again within 20 minutes of his arrival. He kept us updated throughout his work and was thorough and transparent. Payment was very easy online after service and a report was sent afterwards which included photos of the work. A bonus for us was the shoe coverings he wore as a clean courtesy.

I had the honor of meeting 3 generations of Joe Quallet’s. These three and the rest of the team were top shelf!! They were professional, clean and both respectful and friendly. They installed a new HVAC in our house as well as a water heater. Everything went perfectly and the costs were extremely competitive.
