Site Specific Design

Had a sewage grinder fail in my backyard as a new homeowner. Called Site Design and they sent what I believe to be the greatest technician available, Kevin. Our old pump was rusted/stuck in place so bad to the point it took ratchet straps, pry bars, and essentially an engine hoist to remove it. Many would’ve given up after an hour and tell me to call another contractor, however Kevin devoted every bit of effort into this and spent hours getting my old pump out. Not only did he get it out, he installed the new one and tested the system quickly and efficiently. Haven’t had an issue since! While I hope I don’t have to call Kevin for another 10 years, I hope when I need help again he’s the tech to service our home.

My grinder pump failed and I could not run any water, flush any toilets, no showers, no laundry, etc. A situation no one wants to be in. I called for service and the girl I spoke to was so nice and caring and then the service tech (Kevin) came out. Arrived right on time and could not have been any nicer. He explained exactly what the problems were and said he could get me up and running in no time. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. A company with a great guy who knows what he’s doing! Imagine that. It seems to be a lost art form today. Every company needs a guy like Kevin!!!!!! Site Specific - thank you for excellent service from start to finish!!!

Kevin came out and fixed our grinder pump. He communicated everything great, was efficient, and did a great job. He was very easy to work with and did a great job. Highly recommend!

Kevin responded to our service call this morning. He was super nice, extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was a pleasure working with Site Specific Design from setting up the appointment all the way until we were back up and running. I would highly recommend them.

Kevin was fantastic at diagnosing the multiple issues with our dual macerator pumps and offering a pump rebuild of a dead one instead of just a very expensive replacement. He made sure everything was running like it should before he left. Great handling of the service call for all involved!
