there was no resolution, just a suggestion that the unit be cleaned and the fins get combed. i think that the diagnosis is a guess due to both units working properly in cooling mode and both units not working properly in heating mode, too much of a coincidence.

service was very good and Christian came real soon after I had the emergency (after the initial service (gas leak) with the water leak, which was subsequent to the initial repair.
