Quantum Exteriors

We had an incredibly complex home project, and Quantum Exteriors exceeded our expectations from start to finish. From the moment they got involved, they took full ownership of the insurance claim process and made sure nothing was left behind. Our home required a full shake roof replacement and window replacement—both of which were originally denied by our insurance. Thanks to Quantum's expertise, the insurance ultimately approved the entire scope of work. A special shoutout to Eugenio, who was simply phenomenal throughout the process. He took the time to explain every step—both in terms of the insurance claim and the construction itself. His professionalism, communication, and customer service were outstanding. We called Quantum for a bid on having our roof replaced and house painted. They were competitive, not the cheapest, we had several bids, we went with Quantum because they were responsive, on time, and their bid was detailed, and they also provided references without being requested to. From the start their professionalism and follow through was outstanding. We are very happy with the work they did, while the project was taking place they kept everything very clean. We highly recommend Quantum and a hat tip to Eugenio who provided us white glove service from beginning to end.

Great work! Quantum redid our siding and our house looks so much better now. It was previously gray, but didn’t get the chance to take a before pic. Our siding was totally messed up and gave us an incredible deal for the whole house. Our insurance was only going to approve partial. Eugenio was also amazing! Super kind to work with. Renata was also super helpful and was always there to give us updates and answered any questions we had. 4 stars though because it felt like it took forever to get work started, but we did file a claim through insurance so maybe that was expectant but otherwise everything was great 😊

Edit 2/3/23 I was asked to update my review since a field person (Dennis) stopped by on 11/09/21 to address my remaining concerns. His findings were that there wasn't any wood for the siding to nail into where the siding bubbled, it was actually a bit loose. He used a piece of wood and a longer nail to stabilize the siding, but explained that the siding won't lay flat because my existing gutter is pushing against the siding. He also said he would take a lap around the house to see if any nails or screws were found and we did find a few as we were talking. I added photos of the remaining siding issue as of today. My soffit, fascia & gutters were replaced by a different contractor that I am very satisfied with, but the siding still does not lay flat to-date. Photos attached. Edit on 11/6 to
