I really wanted to have a good experience with Strong House, but unfortunately, the entire process left me feeling frustrated and disappointed from start to finish. At first, everything seemed promising. The initial consultation was smooth, and they presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional. However, once the project actually got going, things started to fall apart. Communication became inconsistent, and it often felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic updates. Terrible experience.

Jeremy Matschek was a very professional, knowledgeable sales rep. Very thorough with the explanation of the process. He helped us with our insurance claim. Roofing crew had our roof torn down and replaced in one day on a 2700 sq. ft. home. Cleanup was carefully done and I have yet to find any roofing nails on our property. Would highly recommend to others.

John Hefferman inspected My roof for hail damage after a big storm. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and upfront about my damage. Told me the damage to my roof was minimal and I was in good shape. I appreciate his honesty because it’s very hard to find nowadays. Great experience.

Very professional and easy to talk to guys. Just had a gentleman named John stop by to inspect our roof because our area suffered a lot of hail damage. Luckily just some boops here and there. Swapped info and said he'll check back in with us in 2 months. Took pictures of everything. Even took his shoes off before entering our house which is just a very nice touch that is highly appreciated. Didn't get pressured into anything and it was all free! Fantastic experience, will definitely give these guys a call if we ever need em!
