Quartz Stump Grinding

We recently had a truckload of firewood delivered and the entire experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. The wood was high quality, neatly stacked, and exactly as described. What stood out most, though, was his work ethic and character. He worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and brought a genuinely positive energy to the whole process. It’s rare to meet someone who combines skill, integrity, and that kind of personable presence. On behalf of my neighbor Kristi my wife and myself we highly recommend Chris and Quartz Stump Grinding. I never thought we’d get so excited at the sight of four dirt covered holes, but here we are. The stumps look like they were never there. He brought dirt in and it looks great. He answered the phone quickly, gave us our quote the next day and from first phone call to paid was 6 days. He was able to completely remove two stumps very close to a fence and deck. Finally, he’s very communicative and reasonably priced. His 5 star rating is obviously hard earned.

I had a huge silver maple stump (like the octopus brain of a monster) that needed grinding. Chris gave me a fair and reasonable price for the job (I had a few other quotes), and he definitely went above and beyond. When he finished with his 33 horsepower machine, he remarked “that stump is toast”, pointing at it as if in victory. I would now add “yes, and well done at that !!”. Great job of communicating when he would be available and giving me a heads-up the day of the work. Thanks Chris ! :-)

Chris provided excellent service from start to finish. He responded quickly and was very friendly and professional in all our communications. He came by on a Friday to give me a quote for removing a maple tree stump, and had the job completed first thing Monday morning. He worked efficiently—removing the stump, cleaning up, and filling the area with soil and grass seed—all in about an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of stump removal.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. He had to work around power lines and near the house and there were no problems. Also cleaned up the branches and raked. I highly recommend them.
