I had to call their emergency line. It's mid February and single digits outside. The gentleman who took my call was phenomenal. He was able to listen to what was going on with my furnace and talk me through the fix over the phone. I am so grateful for his help. Very satisfied with this business and would recommend them any day.

Had an issue with my furnace not blowing air so I called Will Heating & Cooling. They were able to send someone out same day to look at it. Person they sent (Eric) was great -- friendly and professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue, showed me where the issue was and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Overall, good experience and I plan to use them again in the future.

Great experience with Eric and Will heating! My furnace went out and Eric went out of his way to help get it fixed for me. Highly recommend!
