Excellent customer service from start to finish! In the midst of a flood you sometimes can't think straight, the owner, James was extremely patient and offered the grace I didn't even know I needed when attempting to explain the situation. He was able to send the best of the best when he sent David to the job! Not only is David extremely friendly and knowledgeable he left no question unanswered, was patient and kind and took great time and attention to detail in how he cut into the dry wall (offering minimum disruption), showing and documenting the root of our issue, explaining how he would fix it and potential next steps. Called Quick Drains and spoke with James at 1:45 pm on a Friday afternoon about a leak in my well pressure tank in my basement. He and David were at my house, replaced the tank and had us running water again by 6:00 pm. Could not be happier or more appreciative.
