Quick paving &SealCoating

I had hired Quick Paving & Seal Coating two years ago to do a portion of my driveway. I was satisfied with the job and hired them to put in the sub base for the remainder of the driveway in October 2021. When the job was halfway finished, I paid the entire amount for the job. The contractor (Joe Gilk) broke his paver about 100+ feet from finishing the job. He never came back to finish the job. Every time I called, there was a different excuse. I filed a complaint with the BBB. No response was received. I am now pursuing this through the court system. They think they can avoid this by not responding to certified mails from the Magistrate, but there is more than one way to serve process.
